Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
